Shaded with yellow and gold, the colour is vibrant.
The first scents are subtle, fine and precise, they rigorously reveal scents of anise, liquorice and candied fennel. On aeration, the yellow citrus fruit combines with dried fruit such as fresh almonds, then the whole is skilfully enhanced by white spices and fragrant flowers reminiscent of orange trees. The blond and dried white fruits stand out with a progressive sunny scope, the soft fruity richness sets in, it draws with charm the delicacy of the blend. Dynamic and straightforward, the mouthfeel is immediately earthy. The flavours are reminiscent of green to yellow zesty citrus, poached white seeded fruit, ginger and light yellow stone fruit creams, even tropical. The finish is long and sharp, with earthy layers, and is perfectly imbued with fossilised marine mineralisation.

Very directive and limpid, the scents blend yellow citrus with white seeded fruit with energetic freshness, the skins chiselling this precision from their parental moisture.
Gently, the flowers embrace white perfumes and plants such as lemon verbena and infused lime faithfully exhale. Deep in the axis, iodine, fossils, iron and sand combine with grey limestone essences, revealing the influence of the original land. Immediately set on rock, shellfish, marine sapidity and citrus yellow acidity, the palate sharpens with silvery precision. The white seeded fruit, then yellow stone fruit, deliver their fresh juice with genuine distinction, while the finish sets like a lively energy the extraction of a salt with an invigorating length calling for multiple recalls.

The red fragrances of strawberries and raspberries are blossomed by fresh rose and sweet peony, a purely intoxicating perception. The vegetal cover represented by the blackcurrant bud and its sap offers a classy support to the additional evocations of clementine peel and juice, kumquat. Some sweet chilli spices and a slight smokiness join this exquisite composition. The palate is loving and the strawberry fruitiness in the form of a tart candy conceals a bright, clear column of black salt and structural liquorice flavours. Extremely refreshing and with a delightful, attractive length, the finish leads to purity.

The initial olfaction is dense with flesh and white fruity skin with stone, it is enriched step by step with a melliferous imprint and then with a tropical floral and fruity delight. The benevolent and covering envelope characterises the fat of almond and fresh hazelnut. The body opens up, origin combines with patience to expose great plant essences, then tea, candied lemon peel, pastry, Viennese, hot ash and then sea rock. Multi-sensory intensity.
The silky mouthfeel is nobly contrasted with an extremely fine threaded saline seam then precisely stretched. The exotic influence is of ultimate accuracy with a perfectly ripe and tonic harmony. The elongated finish grazes the senses towards a perfect physiognomy of salt and pure feeling.
